General Membership Meetings (OPEN)
Meets monthly for CoC Members to learn about activities of the CoC and its members.
HMIS/Data Committee (OPEN)
Meets monthly to refine polices and procedures for HMIS implementation, and reviews data quality and system outcomes.
Membership recruitment & Public Education Committee (OPEN)
Meets monthly to develop plans to outreach to the full diversity of stakeholders, including persons/organizations that are not currently members. Develops strategies to raise awareness and educates the public on topics pertaining to homelessness.
diversity and equity task force (OPEN)
Meets bi-monthly to discuss CoC membership and recruitment efforts in a mission to create an equitable, diverse and accessible pool of providers and services. Reviews data in relation to over and under-represented populations served within CoC networked programs.
Strategic Plan task force (OPEN)
Meets, as needed, to update the CoC's annual plan(s) including strategies for addressing gaps, challenges and opportunities.
Scoring & Review task force (OPEN)
Meets, as needed, and develops recommendations related to funds for which the CoC applies including how performance measures will be used. Scores submitted proposals from potential providers and makes funding recommendations to the Board for approval.
coordinated entry committee (OPEN)
Meets monthly to assess the crisis response system for gaps in access, assessment, prioritization, and overall equity. Develops policies and procedures for Coordinated Entry.
Finance committee (OPEN)
Provides financial oversight and accountability by monitoring spending trends and monthly deliverables of sub-contracted service providers. Makes recommendations to the Board for action to address poor performers. Reviews CoC spending and reallocation policies. Makes data-driven recommendations to the Board for needed services from the annual PIT and GAPS Analysis.
Veteran CASE CONFERENCING (CLOSED)
Meets bi-weekly and is responsible for helping veterans to have a voice in ending homelessness. Advocates for and identifies the needs of veterans experiencing homelessness.
Youth Committee (OPEN)
Meets bi-monthly and is responsible for helping youth to have a voice in ending homelessness. Works in union with the YAB (Youth Advisory Board). Advocates for and identifies the needs of youth experiencing homelessness aged 18-24.

Meets monthly to discuss referral services for Rapid-Rehousing and Prevention funded programs in St. Johns County.
